Mandurah stay .
For the price as really expensive there really need to be a few upgrades :
1.Needs to be fly screens on sliding doors as we didnāt have
2.Secure lock on inside for piece of mind
4.Couch was dated
4.Some more PowerPoints near bed and a second lamp
5. Shower could do with an upgrade as a bit small and awkward shape .
6. No fan in bathroom
Great service and friendly staff and some complimentary snacks .
The hotel is very old, there is a note on the bathroom mirror to say you may have to run the water for couple mins to get it to heat up. The rooms are very outdated with uncomfortable furniture, it was dirty, the lounge room didnāt even have curtains and no fly screen on the door to the balcony. No aircon in main bedroom so we had to leave the door open to get the aircon from lounge room. No room service and no cooking facilities in one bed apartment. This was not worth the money we paid. They have no business upping their prices during busy times as room size does not equate to quality.
Overpriced needs complete renovation if you charge $350 a nightā¦.

Misleading in advertising, not a king bed, simply two smaller beds pushed together (which came apart during the night š,) glass door to the balcony didn't shut properly with a large gap 20cm from the top, shower is small and outdated. Wasn't aware that the pool was inside (over-powering smell of chlorine).
2 rooms had balcony doors that didnāt close properly- the gap was enough for anyone to reach their hand thru to unlock - and with the hotel being situated where it is, it is not safe for anyone, especially a solo female ā¦ā¦
Donāt rely on The lady at reception named āDeeā she couldnāt care less ā¦.
Stay at seashells costs you less, no $250 room deposit on arrival (which took 10 days to release) Beautiful staff, safe, clean and comfortable
