Check in was terrible with the pre fill form and having the wrong air con remote in my room for the air con. I asked for late check out and they gave me an extra 30 minutes and charged me for it and didn’t tell me what I would be charged for it if anything. It was a terrible overall experience and didn’t feel welcome or safe and didn’t serve my purpose for staying there to begin with.

There was better security on the toilet block than the studio cabin I stayed in. Old style nib lock on door knob and gaps all around door. No hanging places, not even hooks on the wall. No bedside lamp. No hot water. Really noisy fridge. Frosted glass in door, so every headlight shone into room as there was no curtain. No spare blanket. Only toxic plastic containers for microwave. All of this for over $100+ per night with no bathroom. All of
