Located next to famous Miss Maud's restaurant and above Pizza Hut. So many restaurants, bars and cafes a short stroll from the apartment. Dry cleaner, money changer, banks, souvenir shops, hairdressers, convenience store, Woolworths supermarket and a city full of stores all less than a 100m walking distance from your front door.

Walk to Perth's attractions such as Elizabeth Quay, The Bell Tower, Yagan Square, The Perth Mint, Northbridge, London Court, Graffiti Laneways, Cathedrals, Swan River foreshore and beautiful parks. A short 4km drive to King's Park to see the spectacular view of Perth skyline.

There is a carpark across the road from the apartment block and car hire rental companies in or close to the city include Bayswater Hire, Burswood Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental, and Hertz Car Rental.

Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide photo ID and selfie to host (Qualitystays) as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can upload the photo ID and selfie to the check in form or by sending a message on the booking platform or email us.

Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balconies.

Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.

Guests must not move furniture around. It is expected that the guests will treat the property with respect and care. This includes keeping it clean and tidy, reporting any damages promptly, and leaving the property in the same condition you found it.

If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
