Quick checking process, clean rooms, friendly staff, bathtub. Pleasant experience In the Expedia app I paid for breakfast for 2. Upgraded to a “premium room”, apparently has “premium channels” but there’s nothing but the free channels which all tvs have. The air con is off yet there is a separate vent blowing cold air through making the room cold, the heating is basically non existant. Dated bathroom, the pictures made it look newer and nicer to bathe in, the foyer is nice but as a whole not the experience I wanted when booking for me and my partner. Once we showered and was climbing into bed there was a cockroach climbing around on the wall around the headboard. Noisy from the road too, we stayed on the 1st floor “premium” room. Disappointing and unfortunately won’t be staying here again.
