Fantastic hotel. Probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Lovely location and the room I had - King Size - river view was fantastic. Check in was brilliant - the lady on reception let me check into my room early as I had an early flight into Perth. Lovely pool area and gym also fantastic restaurant with a great menu and views of the river. Even better - A rooftop bar with really spectacular views. Definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Perth.

Staff were great but we were put in an accessible room where the disabled shower seat wasn’t fitted properly so it wouldn’t stay up as it should do when not in use, & no shower bay so the whole floor was wet when one had a shower. Not impressed won’t be back..

Annoying faux environmental hotel

This hotel had preaching rules posted all over the room about not using facilities.....which is to save money not environment Perhaps if they are so worried about environment donate some of the money from rampant PRICE gouging they employ.....rates go from 300 to unbelievable 650 when its busy

The property could definitely use a good spring clean, especially the glass. It has so much going for it and really let down by dirty glass everywhere destroying the view. The parking situation is understandable considering the location but many people would struggle with the distance. Check in super easy and smooth and location amazing…just needs some TLC.
