We stayed for 8 nights, the location was perfect, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was amazing. Spacious, with a standalone bath, seperate shower and the views over the river were great. The buffet breakfast was goid value, and there are a number of other options close by if you prefer just a coffee and pastry.

Nice location with easy walk to local restaurants on pier (Simple Italian was particularly good) and just a few blocks from downtown. Rooms are small but modern. Nice roof top gym and pool area. Strange electric blinds expose bathroom to bed area (not sure why that feature was there, unless to allow one to watch someone else take a shower). Front desk and restaurant staff seem to have a bit of attitude for some reason, but not a big deal.

Wonderful service from check in to check out, accommodating our requests for early check in and check out. We were disappointed that there was no coffee available in the rooms. Was also surprised to notice that the TVs were not smart TVs that allowed streaming/casting, which is a standard across most hotels these days.

Was a one night stay for us. The carpet in our room desperately needs deep cleaning. The room felt a little tired. Staff were friendly. Proximity to the jetty for ferries was convenient too.
