Was a one night stay for us. The carpet in our room desperately needs deep cleaning. The room felt a little tired. Staff were friendly. Proximity to the jetty for ferries was convenient too.

Absolutely lovely suite room that we got as when checking in we were offered an upgrade from room to suite with views for city and river for $84. Well worth it, the check in staff were amazing, the cookies we received at check on was hot and freshly made. When we ordered room service we were given a bottle of wine on the house as it was my husbands birthday. The breakfast buffet there was so fresh and delicious, especially the freshly made pastries. The staff at restaurant were fantastic and so lovely, especially from Trung and Isobel. Highly recommend staying as panoramic views were beautiful from room and restaurants.

Hello this property was lovely to stay at, but would have been great to have coffee available on the top floor lunch & bar was wonderful veiws. The room we had was for wheelchairs but the floor in the bathroom got very wet no matter where you pointed the shower head & there was no extracter fan so steam was everywhere & needed more hooks for clothes in the bathroom also was tricky to fill jug in small hand basin (we don’t use a wheelchair)but was good having a larger room.
