Rooms very noisey, Could hear the couple next door snoring. Nice clean condition but if you want a good quiet sleep its not for you. Soft close hinges would be an advantage for door and cupboards.

Great greeting, Peter and Astra were so gracious explaining the amenities and hotel Room was exceptional with a river view and lounge access - all wonderful. The included breakfast buffet delicious and varied. Concierge helped with luggage and a quick overview to kings park etc which made me hope to return. Perth is a beautiful, clean city with lots to see and do - highly recommend.

Room with no fresh air from outside, relying only on AC. Had to request a humidifier to freshen up the stale air in the room. The hotel, listed as a 5 star hotel had one single humidifier for the entire property!

This room was big - but it was also behind the lifts. I could hear the lifts going up and down every minute, including all night. I loathe being next to the lifts. I should have mitigated that at check in.
