Great Stay

Was attending a wedding close to area. It was just me and one friend. We preferred this HUGE spacious house with everything needed provided rather than a small room each in a hotel which would have been about the same price.

Baldivis Stay BnB

This house was absolutely huge! clean and welcoming, there was enough room for everyone in our family. Lots of linen, towels, blankets if you needed extra. Everything you needed to cook was there, we had our pets with us was a bonus. The Managers were very helpful if we had any issues they actually answered your calls!

Should have been a lot better

The good points - large house, beds comfortable, kitchen reasonably well equipped so you could cook a meal. The bad points - Front door will not close properly unless locked. In 2 bedrooms screens are ripped. Aircon in lounge cannot cover all bedrooms, so master bed was very hot. Outside sliding doors needed new rollers. Very hard to open/close No BBQ Place was dirty. Shelves in oven/griller had not been cleaned. Ensuite bathroom filled with mould in grout. Paint splashed around everywhere – even on chairs in dining room. Very poor. TV not connected to aerial. Only way to get local channels is to sign into to their internet service. Asked for a cot – bassinet provided. Too small for 9month old. Had to buy a porta cot. We asked so we did not have to bring porta cot and ended up buying another! Found a cot in garage – not assembled, could not find screws, mattress was dirty.
