Karak Cottage - Spacious 1 Bedroom Guesthouse

Karak Cottage is a spacious 1 bedroom guesthouse located in South Fremantle.
The cottage overlooks a fabulous garden that is filled with established trees that are often visited by native birds. It has been designed to stay cool during summer and warm in the cooler months.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine and is open plan to the living and dining area, and is kept comfortable all year round with reverse cycle aircon.

The bedroom boasts a queen size bed, plenty of storage, a large desk and chair and another reverse cycle aircon unit. It opens out to the private deck area where you can enjoy a morning coffee, watching the trees and listening to the birds.

The bathroom is located next to the bedroom and is fitted with a generous sized shower. Next to the bathroom is a closed cupboard with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

The cottage is directly next to the main house, but no spaces are shared. Please be aware that children live in the main house as well as Baxter the family dog, who may pop by to say hello.

Parking is available on the verge directly in front of the property.
