The open-plan kitchen living area is perfect for preparing meals in the over-sized oven, while still enabling you to socialise and enjoy garden views. Relaxing is easy in this calm, stylish space with an internal courtyard and backyard surrounded by greenery with barbecue oven and fire-pit.
There is a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, two double bedrooms in their own separate wing, and a single bed/office conveniently located at the front of the house.
Located on a quiet cul de sac beside a leafy park, it's a 5-minute drive to stunning Sorrento Beach and the fabulous F&B options of Hillarys Boat Harbour and Whitford Shopping Centre.
There is quick access to bus stops and Greenwood Station. There is also a small local shopping centre 5 minutes walk away with a supermarket (open 6am to 9pm daily) and other conveniences.
The kitchen is full stocked with every gadget, while the lounge room had board games and a smart TV with access to all your favourite streaming services and the Internet, thanks to fast free WIFI (93Mbps).
