If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful space for your next trip then look no further than our beautiful granny flat in the coastal suburb of Mindarie.
Situated in the perfect location for you to enjoy all that Mindarie has to offer.
We are only a short 10 min stroll to the world class Mindarie Marina, which hosts some lovely places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or if it’s a cold beer you’re after head to the Indi brewery or the Cabana bar for a cocktail or two by the pool
This would also be the ideal location if you have a wedding at the Mindarie Marina hotel.
The Marina also has its own boat ramp, so why not bring your boat along and do some fishing, there is room for a a car and small boat on the driveway.
Or if golf is your thing we are only a short drive to the fantastic Joondalup resort and golf club.
