The space:
From the street enter through the gate, then front courtyard with dining table, enter into the lounge room and down past the laundry with toilet and washing machine into the kitchen.
The kitchen is clean and presentable with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 5 ring gas burner and electric oven. Continue through sliding doors to the outdoor courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. The back gate accesses the secure carpark and general utility area. A (1) secure under cover carpark is available for use.
Hardwood floors. Two queen bedrooms are at each end of the house with a bathroom (shower, toilet and hand basin) in between. The front bedroom has a balcony with deck chair overlooking the front courtyard.
The top floor is open-plan, of reasonable size and with 2 stackable single beds that can be made up as a double if desired.
The front main bedroom and lounge have reverse-cycle (hot and cold) air-con and the other bedrooms have pedestal fans.

Other things to note:
- Pets are not allowed.
- The property is spread over 5 levels, with many exposed staircases, and is not suitable for small children.
