Nice complex , grounds , facilities and area but parts of the external building in particular are dated requiring some renovation. Arrived on a clear cold winters day a room was cold on arrival. Surprised room was not heated and ready for customers. Aircon was flashing lights with a filter error and could not clear error and run it to heat the room. Reported to management and arrived after a couple of hours. Did resolve and clear the error after an extended time. Seems like a basic check not done by staff prior to arrivals. Staff seem overworked and stressed. Suggest more support needed.
