Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

This home is located directly on the canal and surrounded by beautiful natural waterways.

You may occasionally see local wildlife such as possums, bandicoots or kangaroos. In warmer months, insects such as ants, flies or mosquitoes may also be present, particularly if doors or windows are left open.

The property is professionally treated, however seasonal weather can increase activity. To stay comfortable, we recommend keeping food sealed and doors closed when possible.
