Reception tried to be friendly, little bit way over. Parking is no go, apparently limited spots; They don't have a rountine check after housekeeper works. Mrs end up have to do the dish when we arrived late; Staff is rude when we asked for laundry access on check out day.. Not worth it with the Customer Services experience

We had a great stay at Quest on a Saturday night, loved everything about the room. We were disappointed the bar on level 18 closed at 11pm when all the information said it would be open until midnight. We were also woken up housekeeping cleaning the room directly above ours, at 6.30am on Sunday morning. Other then that, great stay and highly recommended!
