This is mine and my partners go to hotel when we come up to the city. Stayed before when it was the Hyatt regency Very unfortunate to discover this time there was no stock in mini bar the room service menus were gone The room was cold. We didn’t realise until we got back after out night out quite late. The aircon seemed to be always on. No so much a issue for me but Kelly didn’t enjoy here sleep

Stayed for 3 nights and this place exceeded my expectations: I really enjoyed it, good location with plenty of food and drink on the doorstep, free bus to the City or a pleasant 20 minute walk, also the river is literally behind the hotel. Great location!

Loved the 2 key/2 bedroom option. Its was perfect for 2 couples. Spacious, beautifully appointed, with everything we needed. Staff we also wo derful. Parking was easy. We walked to Optus for the footy in 15-20 mins.

Excellent stay

We arrived very early as we had to return our hire car ..the hotel allowed us to store our luggage until nirmal check in time .The receptionist also said we could check in early if pur room was ready .We returned to the hotel at 12 oclock and we were able to check into our room . The bed was very comfortable and I had one of the best nights sleep for a while . The reception staff were so friendly, efficient and helpful . The only small thing is the bathroom needs updating but it didnt ruin.our stay
