This neat and tidy home is perfect for a family holiday with its 5 bedrooms, 2 separate living areas, pool table, alfresco area with BBQ and grass area.

The main family room has a large 7-seater chaise lounge, mounted TV and the ready-to-play billiard table.

The kitchen has a stainless-steel double door fridge with water dispenser, dishwasher, 6 burner gas stovetop, Westinghouse oven, rangehood and Nespresso coffee pod machine.

Singleton Beach is appreciated by both surfers and body boarders for its consistent waves, averaging over one metre. It’s also regarded as a good beach fishing spot, with mulloway and tailor in good supply. This coastal suburb is a popular spot for family visits, with the Vista Play Park offering a great covered climbing frame and flying fox for the kids and free exercise equipment at Harmony Park. 2km from the fantastic beachfront Shipwreck Cove Pirate Playground.
