The location was excellent. We loved the parking of the car arrangement. We felt safe when exiting our car with security cameras around. The room itself was 'tired' but quiet and functional. Recommended by friends and we would definitely come back. Thank you

Convenient to Perth CBD, couple minute walk to free bus service that took you into CBD in 10 minutes. Next door to a convenience store that had a variety of items that were reasonably priced. Free undercover parking.

Code for check in at lock box wrong. Luckliy another person knew to go to the shop next door to get keys, otherwise we would of been without accom. No answer on the number they give to ring. Still waiting to get 250 room deposit back over 2 weeks later. Hotel blaming bank. Not true. Otherwise clean and comfy great location

We stay regularly at Alderney on Hay and as always it was a pleasant stay. Only downside was packing has become an issue as you could not go out at night or you loose your parking spot and have to park on the street. We also froze the first night as there was no aircon remote to switch the aircon down we eventually climb up to switch it off at the wall. Other than that we will stay there again.

Room itself was fine, Hotel as a whole was really noisy, lots of banging and noise at night while kids trying to sleep. Pool was great. Staff or lack there of were terrible. Carpatks were small but secured

The unit had everything we needed. A fully functional Kitchen, even a dishwasher. The laundry also had a large basin, washer and dryer. Loved being able to be self-sufficient helped make a stay that much more affordable. The hotel has a pool that is maintained and kept at a very high standard. Security at the hotel made the stay stress free and a relaxing. Set in the city of Perth, we were central for visiting family north and south of Perth. Close to everything in town too. Thanks to the team running the site. Well done!

Good location onsite parking good size unit overall was ok would stay again reception opening hours very inconvenient as i check in late i have to still recheck in following day before 10am as i was here for business very difficult as i have to take time off work to recheck in would suggest a better system to check in

Great place to stay if you are going to Optus Stadium. Just a 20 minute walk. Also, parking is secure. The apartment is clean and quiet. Has a fully equipped kitchen if you need it, washer and dryer as well as air conditioning.
