The room we paid for was supposed to have a bath tub/spa when we got to hotel room there was no bath and when we asked to be moved they said that there was no vacant room with the bath and that hotels.com don't have the right ads up and we couldn't move id recommend calling the terrace direct coz the ads that are up are not the same as at hotel

The property was clean and tidy, the air conditioning was very much appreciated! The room was comfortable, it has a nice bathroom, TV, tea and coffee facilities and, very thoughtfully, a large bottle of cold water! The bed was not the most comfortable but that is the only gripe I have. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

I loved the decor, its been beautifully designed and decorated. It was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were quite 'high' for both my partner and I. The breakfast was delicious, however, I would have preferred a free barista made coffee with breakfast. The only free coffee was instant. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the morning for our breakfast. It was like a little oasis amongst the office buildings. As this hotel is in the business district of the city, it is an ideal location for getting to Elizabeth Quay area, or a 10/13 minute walk into the city for night-life or shopping. The free buses that run in the city can help to get around too. I would recommend the hotel and being a local, I will definitely stay again. It was good value for money.
