Tiny Home in the Hills by Tiny Away is located in Forrestfield, just 27 minutes from Perth and conveniently close to Perth Airport. Whether you're visiting for a short getaway or passing through Western Australia, this tiny house offers a comfortable place to relax and unwind.



Nearby attractions include Lesmurdie Falls, the scenic Zig Zag Trail, and Kalamunda Town Centre, making it easy to explore some of the area's natural beauty and local charm.



After a day of sightseeing, return to your private retreat tucked among the trees in a quiet, shaded setting. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home features a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, a kitchenette, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet and a gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

When it's time to eat, you'll find several dining options nearby, including White Star Deli, Commodore Chinese Restaurant, and Ribs Lane at Hawaiian's Forrestfield. For everyday essentials, Coles, Woolworths, and Farmer Jacks are all within easy reach, making your stay both comfortable and convenient.



Getting Around:

By car:

- Perth is 30mins by car.

- Bus runs past the house and it’s 10 mins to the train station by bus.



By public transport:

- Bus stop at from of the property. Train station 10 mins by bus.



Other Things to Note:

- Gas BBQ is available

- Child-friendly Accommodation

- Mobile phone reception is excellent

- Laundry (Washer) in the property is available

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Tap water is supplied through the mains water system.

- Guests may smoke in the designated area at the back of the property.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Pets are limited to (1) one pet per cabin, and must be on leash at all times. Please inform the host 24 hrs prior. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
