Motel is conveniently located about 100m from where the trail crosses Great Eastern Highway between Sawyer’s Valley and Mundaring. Basic motel facilities but clean, comfortable and convenient which was all I needed for the night and was at the right price point.

Can not recommend The Travelers Rest Motel enough. Room was clean, cozy and had everything you'd need for a temporary stay. The owner was warm and welcoming and the price is very fair. Do yourself a favour and stay at this motel if you're around Mundaring. Will definitely be back. 5/5 stars from me!
