Our space has been created with simplicity and a fantastic guest experience front and center.
Built in 1927, the property retains high ceilings and character features of the period.
All furnishings and decor have been curated for comfort, quality and style to ensure your stay is exceptional.
50m from Victoria St Train Station (and a 6 minute train to Freo), 350m from South Cottesloe Beach and easy walking distance to shops, cafes and bars.
We look forward to sharing our sanctuary with you.

The space

The villa consists of a private and secluded outdoor living area (hammock, daybed, seating, BBQ and beach shower), a queen bedroom (with tv), a full kitchen (oven, stove, mini fridge, microwave, toaster/ kettle, coffee machine, eating area and all cooking essentails) and a standard bathroom. A shared laundry (between 2 other air bnb's) is also available on site with a washing machine, dryer and clothesline.
There is aircon/ heating and a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well as a fan in the outdoor living area.
Free parking is available on-site.

Guest access

Guests have the entire private villa to themselves. There is a private gated entry from the street.

Other things to note

Local amenities:
Victoria Street Train Station is only 50 m away. The train is 6 minutes to Fremantle and 22 minutes to the CBD. A bike path also runs by the train line connecting the areas.
For guests with their own vehicles, there is plenty of on site parking on our verge.
South Cottesloe Beach is a short 350m stroll. The 2 best beaches in Perth (Leighton and Cottesloe- as voted in Urban List) are situated either side of South Cottesloe Beach and easily walkable.
There is a 24hr Convienience Store located 40m away for basic essentials.
There is a shopping center (Coles, bottle shop, cafes, pharmacy, fitness etc) 700m away for other shopping. The nearest (and great!) cafe is Phyl and Tom, 450m away. There are also a number of other local cafes, restaurants and bars on Glyde Street and Wellington Street.
Gibney's restaurant- one of Perth's most exclusive restaurants- is a 750m walk away.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Leighton Beach. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The villa includes amenities such as a TV and a microwave.
