Colle di Perugia - cozy apartment in villa

Our names are Constantin and Georgiana and we are happy to be your host! We speak Italian, English and Romanian and we'll make sure you and your party will have a smooth accommodation.

Our house is situated at the beginning of the village San Martino in Colle, at 10 minutes drive from city Perugia, on a quiet and semi-private street, with just a few houses.
Our location is perfect if you want to visit different cities in Umbria, as we are 5 minutes away from the European route E45 (all direction).

The apartment occupies the entire 1st floor of our house and has a separate entrance. We, the hosts, live on the other two floors of the house. The private parts of the house is signaled and off limits for the guests, unless invited by the host.

You'll find a cozy apartment, with 3 separate bedrooms (each with a king size bed - 180x200 cm), one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Each room has a balcony with chairs and tables where you can enjoy the beautiful view.

Near the house there is a farmacy and, at a 10-15 minute walk, you can find a variety of stores: supermarket, restaurant, poste office, library, bars.

Although the spring and summer makes the most of the landscape, the fall and winter have their charm too. In November, at "Castel piazza", the village hosts for 2 weeks a chestnut and wine festival. All the people gathers around big plates of fire, eat chestnut and "torta" and listen to live music or eat home made meals in the big hall.

In some of the late fall mornings, the mist surrounds the entire valley and you feel like you are in the clouds! Such a spectacle

In December, right before Christmas, Santa comes to every house that children live in. Because here doesn't snow, Santa comes on a lighted tractor, with loud music, so that everybody hears and sees him, as it should. Wonderful initiative for the kids of all ages, between 0-100 years old!

The city tax for the non-residents is not included in the price of the apartment and must be paid in cash at check-in (1,50 euro/person/night for a maximum of 7 nights). Children under 14 years old do not pay this tax.

No extra guests are allowed inside the property, other than the ones registered at the check-in.

As per the law, all our guests must agree and sign a renting contract, which states the parties, their rights and obligations and all the house rules. The contract will be signed at the check-in.

There are 2 parking places next to the house, on a service road.

We welcome your furry friends, with an extra fee of 10 euro/pet/stay, to be paid in cash, at the check-in.
Your pet is your responsibility and kindly make sure no damage will be done to the apartment or it's contents.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
