Surrounded by green meadows and secular trees, Il Pignocco Country House is an ancient farmhouse dating back to the 1700s, recently restored and finely furnished.

Inside it is made up of 8 Mini Apartments that can be occupied with the overnight stay formula only, or with the Bed and Breakfast formula.

Il Pignocco Country House cottage is located on a hill overlooking the town of Pesaro, in the Marche countryside, just 6 km from the sea.

Our travel proposal includes sea, countryside, relaxation, good food, walks in the countryside and in authentic medieval villages, such as Fano, Novilara, Candelara, Gradara, Montefabbri, Mombaroccio and finally the beautiful Urbino. In the Marche region, a corner of Italy still to be discovered and appreciated, Il Pignocco Country House is the perfect place to rest from the frenzy of everyday life.

The MATER MATURA studio is located on the ground floor of the cottage and has an independent entrance. It can be occupied by 2 guests. It consists of a sleeping area with double bed, kitchen, reading armchairs, TV and bathroom with shower. In front of the entrance door, there is a table and garden chairs for outdoor dining, or for relaxing with a good book, or a glass of wine.
