PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – At only 10 km from the Adriatic Coast, Villa Candelara is a beautiful private villa with pool located in Le Marche region. Its combines the peace and calm of a country house with the comfort of being close to the seaside city of Pesaro, rich in events and shows, including the famous Rossini Opera Festival. The property is entirely fenced-in and surrounded by a lovely garden with around 30 olive trees, providing the highest privacy during the stay. Guests can benefit of a porch furnished with table, chairs and outdoor sofas to enjoy relaxing moments and of a nice swimming pool.

The villa is on different levels and has been furnished by its owners in simple but functional style, as with most beach houses. On the ground floor there is a living room and a wide kitchen with fireplace as decoration only, giving direct access to the porch. Going down a few steps there’s the sleeping area, composed of a double bedroom with small balcony, a double bedroom with single bed and balcony, a twin bedroom, a small bedroom with single bed and a large bathroom with bath. Through a staircase from the living room you reach the upper floor with a large double bedroom where it’s possible to add an extra single bed, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with shower. Going up few stairs there is a wide relaxing area with sofas and tv corner. The basement of the villa is composed of a laundry area and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available on the ground floor in the two rooms with balconies and on the first floor in the living room and two bedrooms.
