This ancient Napoleonic farmhouse is located on the picturesque San Bartolo hill, overlooking the sea and offering a unique and spectacular view. It is an extraordinary place for the beauty of its spacious interiors, with five bedrooms and a spacious and bright kitchen with a climate-controlled veranda overlooking the garden.
It offers a large, fenced garden with sun loungers, a sitting area, a gazebo, and a barbecue.

Private access via an automatic gate leads to the driveway leading to the front garden.
The main building comprises a large living room on the ground floor with a dining table for 12 and two sofa beds with a TV area. The living room leads to the guest bathroom and the spacious and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, which leads to the climate-controlled veranda that can accommodate a large table.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms with three bathrooms and a twin bedroom located in the study.
Air conditioning is available in the three upper bedrooms.
