Independent stone cottage with spacious garden (800 sqm), completely fenced, private swimming pool (half set in earth, 7.30m x 3.70m, depth: 1.30m) and whirlpool (1.58 x 1.58m); garden equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs, gazebo with couch and upholstered chairs.
The house offers privacy, quietness, wonderful sights onto the surrounding hills and the possibility to enjoy outdoor life to the top.
Perfect for guests travelling with pets, they are welcome!
Access to the house within a small street which can be driven on by small or medium sized cars. There is a parking, at 100m from the holiday home in alternative.
Activities:
Guests may reach on foot the characteristic hamlet of Celle di Puccini which is located on a hill (370m a. sea level) and where the famous opera writer, Giacomo Puccini, passed many years of his childhood. The museum can still be visited.
There is a good restaurant in the village, which lies about 100m from your holiday home. Discover the art cities of Lucca (23 km), Pisa or Florence or just spend a day on the sandy beaches of the Versilia (about 40 km). There is a grocery at 4km from the house.

Ruhe und Frieden

Sehr herzliche Eigentümer. Immer hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle. Ein wunderschön gelegenes Häuschen sozusagen im Niemandsland fern der "Zivilisation" (im übertragenen Sinne :-). Ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Aber für Ruhe und Entspannung und um Kraft zu tanken genau das richtige. Danke für alles

Un coin de Paradis

Les propriétaires Marisa et Franco sont aux petits soins ce qui est très agréable ! Le jardin est splendide avec de nombreux recoins pour se reposer au calme. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très propres et privés. Nous reviendront c’est certain !

Wunderschönes Haus mit schönem Garten

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen entspannten Aufenthalt im Il Nido. Das Haus ist gemütlich und man findet alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist traumhaft und sehr gepflegt. Man hat einen Pool und einen Whirlpool zur privaten Nutzung für einen allein. Die Lage ist idyllisch auf einem Berg dadurch aber auch eine Herausforderung bei der Anreise. Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
