Welcome to CASA MILENA, a charming two-room apartment with a small outdoor courtyard, welcoming and ideal for business and pleasure stays. Located in Pescara on the ground floor, the apartment offers a perfect combination of comfort and practicality, with an internal layout well-designed to accommodate up to four people (recommended for two adults and two children). The house enjoys a strategic position a stone's throw from the city center. The rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system with hot and cold split for maximum comfort in every season and Wi-Fi connection to guarantee you a carefree stay. The open kitchen, fully equipped, has dishes, plates and the main appliances including oven, dishwasher, kettle and fridge with freezer, to allow you to prepare your meals in total autonomy. There is a smart TV in the living area with access to Netflix, Amazon, Prime and other platforms (using your own credentials), as well as a double sofa bed.
