The apartment is of very recent construction and has a fenced parking space in common with the other apartments that are part of another structure: the garden, the barbecue, WiFi, the coin-operated washing machine, a playground and a swimming pool with panoramic views. The house is about 1.5 km from PESCHICI and from the beach, easily reachable since it does not pass through the town in fact it takes 3, 4 minutes by car.

Unertraegliche Laermbelaestigung durch Go-Kart-Bahn direkt gegenüber fast täglich von 19.30 bis 0.30

Wegen der in keinster Weise auf dem Homepage der Unterkunft ausgewiesenen Gokartpiste könnten wir uns abends stundenlang nicht auf dem Hotelgelände oder in der näheren Umgebung aufhalten und mussten wegfahren zum Abendessen und konnten erst um 1 Uhr nachts wiederkommen.
