The Centofate villa with three bedrooms and double living room, enjoys a wonderful sea view from the garden and its terraces located on the upper levels. Right in front of the villa there is a direct descent to the exclusive Procenisco beach with organized umbrella service, bar and restaurant. A very suggestive view can be enjoyed from the solarium to the top level from which it is possible to admire the wonderful bay of San Nicola.
