Within the Residence "La Mimosa", just a few steps from the lake, beach and town centre, equipped with a swimming pool, an apartment located on the ground floor for a family or group holiday for up to 6 people in the name of relaxation.



The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room, consisting of a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen.



Through the French door you access the private covered porch, furnished with a dining table and chairs, from which to enjoy a beautiful view of the greenery and the Residence swimming pool.

Complete with air conditioning in the bedrooms, the apartment is also equipped with a bathroom with shower, double sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, very comfortable and spacious, and a bedroom with two single beds and a convenient wardrobe.

Peschiera del Garda is the quintessential Italian lakeside town, also called the fortified city due to the presence of its military fortress, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017. The historical testimonies of the city can be admired starting from the entrance to the historic centre, the Porta Verona, continuing towards the Museum of the Historic Palazzina, with frescoes dating back to the 1900s. Peschiera also offers wonderful beaches and amusement parks such as the famous Gardaland, easily reachable in 20 minutes by shuttle from Peschiera train station, or in just 10 minutes by car.

Schöner Pool und nette Außenanlagen. Aber die Zimmer extrem laut durch Hauptstraße, Whg. generell sehr schmutzig und unordentlich, schlimmer Uringeruch im WC, uraltes & schmutziges Besteck & Töpfe (nicht benutzbar), Safe ist defekt, Gerümpel hinter der Türe r Türe, Schrank voll mit Decken

Familienurlaub

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Nette kleine Anlage mit Pool, der ausgiebig genutzt wurde. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen gross genug. Es wäre schön, wenn mal von Grund auf ausgemistet würde, viele Dinge sind kaputt, verschmutzt oder nicht zu gebrauchen. Eine Grundreinigung würde auch nicht schaden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum See (Hafen) läuft man ungefähr 15 Minuten.

Sonniger Herbst am Gardasee

Alles in allem war es ein toller, entspannter Urlaub. Das einzige was überhaupt zu bemängeln wäre, ist das die Küchen Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und etwas erneuert werden könnte. Sonst war alles wie beschrieben und Tip Top !!!
