First floor: Master suite (approx. 24 m²) with private bathroom featuring a corner whirlpool tub for 2 and a large walk-in closet. Second double bedroom (approx. 18 m²) with large wardrobe. Third bedroom with two single beds (can be made into a double). Second bathroom with shower shared by the second and third bedrooms.



Outdoor spaces: Large panoramic terrace with table, chairs, and BBQ area, fully fenced private garden, heated outdoor whirlpool spa for 5, sun loungers and umbrellas, 5 balconies with stunning lake views. Private indoor and outdoor parking. Area fully monitored by security cameras and alarm system.



Each bedroom has a smart TV with streaming services and high-speed Wi-Fi. Included: washing machine, iron and ironing board, bed linen, and towels. Baby cot and high chair available. Pets allowed on request in the fully fenced garden.
