Casatraspo is situated in a secluded hill top exposited to the sun, 400 meters about sea level , with a commanding view on the surrounding woods, three of the antique villages of the “DIECI CASTELLA” OF “SVIZZERA PESCIATINA” and olive terraces.
The house is surrounded by its own spacious private grounds and is accessed by a well maintained road, only a few kilometres from Pescia, the nearest and main shopping town.
Casa Traspo sleeps up to 7 people and is a thoroughly modernised farmhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and swimming pool in Tuscany, Italy.
It is in the historic region of Svizera Pesciatina and is close to Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa and other cultural centres.
The following items are not included in the price:
Bed linen for all beds.
Towels per guest: 2 bath towel and 1 pool towel for each person per week (maximum 10)
Tea towels for use in the kitchen - 7 towels will be provided per week.
Wood for the pizza oven.

Prettig verblijf in supervakantiehuis!

Een aanrader voor iedereen die houdt van rust. Wij hebben er een 14 dagen verblijf op zitten met onze twee dochters van 13 en 16 jaar oud. Het zwembad was zalig en het uitzicht adembenemend. Het huis op zich is van alle gemakken voorzien. Om boodschappen te doen, moet je wel wat ver rijden (bakker, grootwarenhuis) maar als je voor zo'n huisje kiest, moet je dit er bij nemen... ! De eigenaars komen het zwembad op woensdag en zaterdag onderhouden maar laten je verder gerust. Zeer vriendelijke mensen! Huisje is te bereiken via een nieuwe aangelegde weg en is wat steil en smal...Voldoende toeteren met de auto is de boodschap... Alle steden zoals Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, Viarregio, Pistoia,... makkelijk te bereiken met de auto. Kortom een zeer plezant verblijf in deze groene oase!!!

The waste water tank has not been emptied.

It is a beautiful house high in the mountains. The road to the house can be exhausting, but it is really worth. The scenery is fantastic, the pool gorgeous and the rooms are large. The stench outside the house, however, we did not like. The waste water tank has not been emptied. We informed the owner about this, unfortunately, he has not changed anything. Very sad, because that has messed up the holiday.
