The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Don’t strip the beds — just leave all used towels in tub and linens out so we know what needs washing.
Turn off lights, fans, AC, and restore heaters to original settings if used.
Separate garbage and recycling as per city guidelines.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

A valid photo ID and matching credit card are required before check-in. $500 deposit applies and is refundable after housekeeping inspection.
All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests are $50/day each. Day visitor's are acceptable upon request only.
