The property is definately old, but you can see that it must have shined back in the day. The beds need to be replaced in all rooms. Bathtubs need to be replaced and get rid if hets as they look a little rusty. It is conveneit to downtown, but at night unless in big group, I would feel unsafe.

Free parking in a parkade around the corner, plus a drop-off zone right outside the front door, was appreciated. Room decent. Breakfast was underwhelming and staff could be a shade more welcoming and friendly. Overall fine.

Very dated property, not enough electrical outlets (coffee maker but no place to plug in) having to crawl under desk to plug in charger. Parking is a block away, would be an issue for mobility impaired or in poor weather.

Large well furnished room in the heart of downtown. Our only issue was the room was not cleaned during our two day stay. Best we could do was get replacement towels at front desk.

Great downtown location

The staff upon check in were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good with a wide selection of items and the staff again were extremely helpful upon check out. The location has easy access to the main street and highway.

Had to wait for someone to get to front desk for some time. He was nice enough once he got there. The night person not so great. Went down to see if a vending machine and no. I asked if there was aomewjere to get water. He said yes right here. Hands me two bottles regular size. I said are they free he says no $10. For 2 reg size warm waters. Girl in morning says no they are $2.25. Still too much but we had a very thirsty night cause I was not paying that. Otherwise it is down town. It is my home town so I knew what to expect.

We got what we paid for although it would have been nice to have a few more options for the continental breakfast. It was bare bones. I had booked in this hotel by accident so that is my problem.
