Case Thérèse est une villa créole des années 70 entièrement restaurée en 2023.
3000m2 de jardin avec de grands arbres.

Elle est composé d’une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon et la terrasse avec un balcon donnant sur le jardinet une petite vue mer. Deux chambres, deux salles de bain et un petit bijoux: une petite case (bungalow) tout équipé avec un accès indépendant, un lit coloniale king size, un canapé-lit, une salle de bain et même un bureau pour travailler.
Toutes les chambres sont climatisé. (6+2 personnes) uniquement du mobilier de qualité pour la plupart anciens et complètement restaurer.

Situé au cœur de la Guadeloupe pratique pour visiter Grande-Terre / basse terre. Accès direct à la N4. Tout en ayant le privilège d’être dans une zone résidentielle chic.
Le quartier dispose d’une supérette 7sur7, une boulangerie et un camion pizza feu de bois et un restaurant. Il y a même un cabinet Docteur.


Également pour un séjour d’affaires à cinq minutes de la zone industrielle de Jarry.

Amateurs de sport, de glisse confirmer, vous y trouverez votre compte. La villa est à cinq minutes à pied d’une mise à l’eau Kite/Wingfoil… ( zone sauvage )
