Welcome to our charming stone house, a spacious and bright place designed for your comfort. It offers three inviting bedrooms, each with bed linen, as well as a bathroom with towels and shower gel. The large living area, filled with light, includes a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning products. You also have access to a washing machine with detergent and softener, and toilets with paper provided. The house is connected to Wi-Fi and has a pleasant terrace for your relaxation.



Outside, enjoy a peaceful setting: a furnished terrace for meals or rest, a private pool for cooling off, and a parking area for your convenience.



Located in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, the house benefits from a green and serene environment. Saint-Émilion is 15 minutes away, Bordeaux and Périgueux are an hour away. On Sundays, discover the Saint-Seurin-sur-l’Isle market, and every Thursday, a fishmonger and a grocer come to the village to offer fresh local products.



The holiday home is entirely reserved for you to ensure privacy and tranquility. Bed linen, towels, and essential products are included. This place is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking peace and comfort. For one-night stays or weekends, breakfast can be served on request for an extra charge. Minimum stay varies according to the season; please contact us for any questions.



A good meal can also be offered for an additional fee if you stay for a weekend or for a week or more.
