As soon as you enter the house, you will be captivated by the sea view, like a life-size painting! A corridor leads to a spacious independent WC on the right, then a master suite equipped with a 160x200cm bed, a cupboard, and a spacious bathroom. Direct access to an open-air patio brings beautiful sunshine to this large room.

On the left, a second bedroom called Salazie can accommodate a couple in a double bed but it is also possible to separate the beds into two single beds of 90x200cm.
Then, you will have a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room, a second toilet and then an independent bathroom with large shower and double sink.
A third large bedroom called Grande Anse, in reference to the superb beach below the villa, has a 160x200cm bed and gives access to the garden and the swimming pool.

Finally, the bright living space leads to a large living room with comfortable sofa and XXL television and a fully equipped kitchen with central island and plenty of storage space.
The veranda accommodates a large dining table and an intermediate lounge ideal for relaxing while enjoying the shade and the sea view.

The swimming pool measures 3m x 5m and is secured by an alarm. In order to enjoy it all year round, it is also heated during the southern winter, from May to October.
