fireplace didn't work, oven door wasn't closing, dishwasher top rack was broken and the hot tub water change was 54 days overdue. We emailed the hots a couple of times, someone came to check on ameneties but nothing was fixed during our week long stay

Grand chalet très propre avec toutes les commodités. La localisation est parfaite entre le massif de la Petite-Rivière-Saint-François et Baie st-Paul. Endroit tranquille parfait pour réunion de famille ou entre ami. Petits bémols : certains matelas sont très mous et le spa n’avait pas été entretenu avant notre visite. Sinon, très beau séjour !

Dump from previous tenants never picked up, leaving no room to remove trash to the outside the residence. Cheap Plastic Trash Bags ripped very easily. Towels in the dryer and not populated to the other bathrooms Dish soap did not cut grease...Horrible time washing pots and pans We left a day early as we had three blue bird days of skiing in a row. No English Instructions We stayed in Evasion 6 two years ago and it was much better Gas Grill was Nasty and pretty much unusable Hot Tub was in need of servicing Previous tenants left beer cans all over the snow off the deck Dishwasher top rack needs TLC

Très bien

Excellent, sauf foyer ne marchait pas, il devait y avoir quelqu’un qui venait réparer le problème , mais il n’est jamais venu. Les poêles à fondu il manquait le fil pour connecter un des 2 poêles et l’autre ne chauffe pas vraiment vite. Pour le reste c’était vraiment fantastique.

Manque d’entretien en général. Plusieurs équipements brisés, ampoules brûlées, etc. Impossible de joindre le propriétaire pour connaître le no civique du chalet. Nous avons 30 minutes à tourner en rond avant de trouver le bon chalet.
