Tout était au delà de nos attentes et ce n'est pas le premier chalet que je loue.

Il manque des ventilateurs ou de la climatisation car à 16 personnes dans la même pièce c'était un peu chaud. Pour l'ensemble 10 sur 10

Fin de semaine Parfaite!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Le chalet est vraiment parfait! Tout y est !!! Nous avons simplement trouvé qu’ il faisait noir pour se rendre à la voiture! Une lumière plus puissante serait une bonne idée! On a presque failli manquer de papier de toilette, sinon rien à dire ! Merci encore !!!!

Super chalet familial

Super chalet pour les rassemblements familiaux. Le dortoir est très bien aménagé pour les enfants. Magnifique table pour asseoir toute la famille. J’ai aussi reçu un excellent service de la propriétaire qui a repondu rapideme t a toutes mes questions.

Bon moment dans un endroit bien aménagé pour un grand groupe

Bon processus de réservation et de communication avec les propriétaires. Bel aménagement pour la cohabitation. On a passé du bon temps. Suggestions d'amélioration : nettoyage en profondeur des carrelages des douches, changement des laveuse/sécheuse, ventilation de salle de bain ne semble pas fonctionner, voir pour odeur humidité dans le sous-sol.

Beau chalet pour séjour avec les enfants

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Charlevoix. Nous avons eu des communications avec les propriétaires qui sont très réactifs et responsable. Ils ont su répondre à toutes nos questions et nos besoins rapidement. Les enfants ont bien aimé le dortoir qui est pratique et confortable. L'aire ouverte permet de passer du bon temps avec un grand groupe dans la même pièce. L'emplacement est bien situé entre baie St-Paul et le Massif.

Super communication avec l’hôte, les dortoirs pour les enfants c’était génial. Emplacement super Les bémols : Laveuse plus ou moins fonctionnelle Une corde à linge serait appréciée Spa qui semble trop vieux pour filtrer l’eau. Par contre, en appelant le propriétaire, un service d’entretien est venu très très rapidement. Merci
