Disliked: Cleanliness
Bel emplacement, beau chalet, bien décoré. Table à dîner spacieuse, cuisine adéquate et fonctionnelle, chambres à couché bien, salles de bain/douches excellent. Divans (salon) peu confortables.Propreté et entretien toutefois décevants:Bacs à poubelles/recyclage (nombre suffisant), mais débordants et poubelles éparpillées autour de l'entrée. Ménage intérieur pas très accueillant: balayeuse centrale non fonctionnelle, balais pour ramasser poussière, mouches mortes, cendre de cigarette sur la table à manger, comptoirs sales, vaisselle pas très propre, peu de savon à vaisselle (2 pastilles) seulement, lentille de verre de contact séché dans le frigo (lavage complet nécessaire). Brassée de linge demeuré dans la laveuse à linge et dégageais une odeur peu accueillante... Nous avons fait la réservation en juillet et c'est à ce moment que le prélèvement complet de notre séjour fut débité. Tentés à maintes reprises de communiquer avec le responsable (messages téléphoniques, courriels... silence radio. Après nos réservations, le chalet demeurait disponible (sur le web) aux dates de notre séjour. Impression d'être victime d'une arnaque pour finalement pouvoir communiquer avec M. Alexandre Belzile en septembre. Raisons de son silence: messages déviés dans sa boîte de courriels 'Indésirables'. En résumé, dommage qu'un si beau chalet/site soit associé à une gestion/service à la clientèle si dysfonctionnelle. À prendre en compte si vous prévoyez un séjour.Janel
