Room was not in excellent condition.. Bathrooms did not lock. Pictures did not represent rooms correctly. One of the tubs had it’s side damaged and pipes exposed?? If you book on Expedia you don’t get any lodging discounts.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PREPARE TO PAY A PREMIUM FOR FOOD. Everything was so crazy expensive at the restaurants but I guess because it’s a resort?? Skiing was a blast

The staff were the biggest stand out for us. I don’t think we’ve ever had friendlier or more helpful staff anyplace we’ve stayed. It was beautifully decorated with Christmas decor. It was a great time! The skiing and other amenities were top notch. We will definitely be back!

The room was gorgeous and clean. Loved the fireplace. Staff sunday evening in gift shop seemed annoyed that we came in and then abruptly told us, while we were shopping that she was closing. Could have been a little nicer.

It was alright. Our creamers in the room were curdled. Breakfast service was awful and the price is lack luster compared to what’s offered. However, the area itself is beautiful, and we loved the convenience of being able to get a sky lift to the sky bridge. We had a great time still, but also feel some aspects are over priced.
