O único atendente que merece parabéns é JOHN, ele entrou em contato antes oferecendo pacote e procurou resolver todos os meus problemas na estadia! Os outros atendentes pouco se interessavam e nem prestavam informações demonstrando desprezo ao cliente! Petrolina é uma cidade que está cada vez mais se desenvolvendo e merece atendentes mais simpáticos e que interagem de forma melhor com o cliente! Meus parabéns pela estadia são para John! Na chegada, funcionários da recepção mais interessados no jogo de futebol (na TV) do que em fazer o check-in. Nunca vi isso. Quarto bem precário - só 1 tomada para carregar celular, colchão velho (sem firmeza) e roupa de cama SEM lençol para cobrir - apenas a colcha que estava na cama. Ponto positivo: excelente café-da-manhã.
