The staff was super helpful and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Valet parking was included and was very convenient. The location was right in downtown and had easy access to food, shopping, and tourist spots.

Hotel in beautiful Petropolis

We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. The breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit, roll and cake available. We enjoyed our stay here very much

Fiquei surpresa com a limpeza do hotel, um dos mais limpo que estive. As funcionárias da limpeza são muito educadas e prestativas. Já estive no Grande Hotel Petrópolis outras 3 vezes entre 2022 e 2023 e o café da manhã, os ammenities e as tolhas eram bem melhores. O quarto que fiquei, ao lado da academia, tinha um split desagradavelmente barulhento. Não pretendo mais voltar, pois a relação entre custo e benefício se perdeu.

Estadia boa. Bem localizado. Equipe de funcionários extremamente simpático e atencioso, tive um problema com o quarto inicialmente pois não aparentava de forma igual a foto, porém conversando com a recepcionista Neila, entendeu o problema e partiu para uma solução logo após, tudo bem tranquilo e fluído. Estacionamento fica no terceiro andar de um prédio em anexo. Na minha estadia choveu porém não tive preocupações quanto a localização do carro, na qual gera uma segurança excelente para os hóspedes. Nota 100 ! Comida deliciosa e minha namorada ainda recebeu uma rosa do dia das mulheres.
