O hotel é maravilhoso, só teria duas sugestões de melhorias: O café da manhã ter mais variedade e ter mais opções de jogos, pois não tem salão de jogos e sim um baralho, um dominó e um pega varetas. Como a cidade para de funcionar cedo, acaba sendo entediante a noite.

Destaque negativo para o café da manhã: nos perguntaram que horas íamos tomar, agendamos para às 09h e chegamos às 09h10. As mesas disponíveis estavam sujas, cheias de louça usada, durante todo nosso café ninguém recolheu a louça deixada por outras pessoas. Faltou xícara, faltou copo, faltou talher, precisávamos implorar para trazerem mais da cozinha. Isso foi 50 minutos antes de encerrar o café, ou seja, ainda precisariam repor muita coisa. Péssima experiência no café da manhã desta vez.

O cardápio do café da manhã era fraco e a reposição do que acabava era demorado. O condensador do Split do quarto fica em cima o que causa um barulho enorme dificultando se conseguir dormir, troquei de quarto e não resolveu, pois o outro era igual. A garagem é de difícil acesso para entrar e sair, passei a deixar o carro na rua. O local do hotel é de difícil acesso.

Roupa de cama amarelada e com manchas no edredom. Ainda bem que levo minha roupa de cama. Tampa do vaso torta. Café da manhã bom mas o bolo estava seco. Estacionamento não tem vaga para todos os hóspedes mas não está claro isso no site. Apesar de próximo do centro o acesso é muito ruim. Rooftop interditado mas só soubemos quando chegamos. Não vale o preço que cobra.

O quarto era ótimo, mas o lençol um pouquinho manchado e a cama que era aquele estilo de camas de solteiro que vira cama de casal, quando eu ia para o meio da cama sentia o vão. Estava tendo um evento no hotel e bem no meio do café da manhã e com temas bem sensíveis. Não consegui focar no café, talvez fechar o horário do café para o evento seria a melhor opção.

O quarto apresenta lodo no box e chão, as roupas de cama estão velhas e encardidas, o sabonete também é de baixa qualidade. Em relação ao café da manhã , embora tivesse certa variedade, os bolos eram massudos e frios. Sanduícheira velha, teflon arranhado !
