Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Leisure area was nice but hot tube and pool looks like needed be cleaned and had lots of bleach and chemicals. Bedrooms needs a makeover, very old building. Missed cupboards and hangers to organize clothes.

Hotel Grão Pará

This is a terrific hotel. Old fashioned, simply furnished and very comfortable. The rooms were lovely, good showers and very effective wifi. It has the most beautiful wooden floors. All in all for me it was a real pleasure.

Limpeza totalmente precária. Tinha lixo dos hóspedes anteriores no chão ao lado da pia do banheiro. O banheiro fedido. Serviço de quarto não passou um pano no chão do banheiro de um dia pro outro. O chão de taco afundando no quarto. As áreas comuns tem potencial, mas parecem meio abandonadas. Nada a ver com as fotos. Café da manhã ok. Nenhuma opção sem glúten. Não voltaria.

É a segunda vez que fico e teve uma troca bem grande da equipe aqui. Eu realmente gostava muito mais da equipe de recepção anterior. Eu trabalho em hotel de luxo e sei como você deve tratar alguém, não é essa forma que vocês fazem. Recepção é sorriso, educação, carinho, atendimento mais humano. Não foi ruim, mas não foi bom. Os quartos precisam de reforma urgente. O chão é horrível, range em todo canto, foi horrível por minha filha para dormir com o chão gritando cada vez que eu andava. O café da manhã foi ótimo, as meninas muito educadas e gentis. Precisa melhorar a limpeza da piscina, as bordas estão sujas, uma esponja resolve... Mas eu gosto do hotel, de verdade. Vou voltar, mas tem suas deficiencias.

O hotel é muito bom! Café da manhã impecável e os espaços de convivência são muito bons também, piscina e área de leitura. O que nos incomodou foram as pessoas andando no corredor, pareciam que estavam dentro do nosso quarto e, como é próximo da rodoviária, às 5h os ônibus passavam e o quarto tremia todo, então não conseguíamos mais dormir, porém, acho que isso tudo acaba ocorrendo por conta da construção ser antiga. Entre tanto, tirando esse fato, os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos, nos proporcionando uma estadia tranquila e livre de preocupações. Como não há estacionamento no hotel, deixei o meu carro no estacionamento em frente.

Um hotel que conseguiu unir o antigo e o moderno com as portas, chão e janelas de madeiras porém cama, ar, tv e banheiros modernos. Café da muito bom, com variedades e utensílios para os quentes de primeira linha. Área de lazer perfeita pra um prédio no centro, da pra relaxar bem até pq a piscina e as jacuzzis funcionam até as 23h. Área pra ler, relaxar ou até mesmo trabalhar.(Local bem decorado, espaçoso, arejado e silencioso) Todos os funcionários solícitos, simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar, exceto uma das recepcionista que não sequer queria procurar outro quarto mas a outra supriu e fez questão de realocar a gente num quarto com sacada. Excelente localização, fácil acesso só não tem estacionamento. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendaremos.!
