A unica coisa que temos que reclamar na pousada foi a questão do cheiro da acomodação. Um cheiro muito forte de guardado, onde eu e minha esposa tivemos que tomar antialérgico, pois termos alergia. Isso nos custou de não conseguirmos dormir direito os dois dias. Avisamos o ocorrido no dia que chegamos e não tivemos solução. Muito ruim a experiência.

O ponto alto e a recepção de-todos funcionários sem exceção . Quarto amplo, mais havia um pouco de cheiro de mofo, o que não deve ser anormal pela localização bem úmida. Deveria existir na porta aviso de ocupado ou para limpeza, fomos intenrropidos uma vez pela manhã por uma fucnionária e outra por um hospede que adentrou em nosso quarto , errando o dele . ( constrangedor) , não temos o hábitto de trancar a porta, pois na sua grande maioria tem uma tranca superior ou tranca-se automaticamente. O café da manhã e fraco, não tem variedades de pães e opção melhor e torrada petrópolis, o mesmo a dizer das opções do menu, poucas, e para o nosso paladar, deixando a desejar. Pela distância da cidade o restaurante no nosso entendimento deveria ser mais agressivo no carpápio com mais opções inclusive o café da manhã. ( até pode não ser a proposta da pousada). Não podemos deixar de elogiar a pizza que estava ótima, e fomos informados que era nova opção o fomos os primeiros a degustar. Obrigado pelas hortaliças que ganhamos no check -out. Mais uma vez todos os participantes do time Tangamana. de parabéns!!

Quarto confortável. Banheiro e box com pouca iluminação / escuro. Piscina boa. Porém dessa vez que estivemos os bangalôs / camas ao redor da piscina estavam sem as “cortinas” o que deixou o ambiente menos acolhedor. Café da manhã muito gostoso com opções fartas. Mas achei que o atendimento poderia ser mais personalizado e atento visto que são poucos bangalôs. Poderia ter um atendimento mais cuidadoso e personalizado.

Nosso chalé foi na árvore, uma construção muito bacana que nos chamou muito à atenção. Estava muito bem arrumado, com roupas de cama e banho muito cheirosas. O único ponto negativo quanto ao quarto foi a pouca iluminação o que atrapalha pra quem for fazer maquiagem. A equipe da Recepção foi muito atenciosa e cordial. Só temos a elogiar nossa estadia na pousada.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. O atendimento é impecável. Roupa de cama e banho de qualidade. Ótimo café da manhã. Entretanto, ficamos no Chalé da Árvore e era escuro, limpeza do chão estava ruim, com sujeira acumulada atrás das portas. Ficamos no Reveillon, e o jantar estava mediano pelo preço cobrado. Nada era excepcional.

Quarto limpo e muito bem decorado. Muitas opções de lazer: piscina climatizada e piscina natural, jacuzi, jantar na horta de mandala. Café da manhã excelente com muita variedade, chocolate quente daqueles mais grossos difíceis de encontrar (e eu amo). O jantar na mandala com um chef, um agrônomo e um garçom só para atender a gente foi lindo demais. Eles eram ótimos, conversamos bastante. Muito bom o conceito de "farm to table". Amei a minha experiência!

A equipe de funcionários é bastante solícita, mas é de impressionar como a pousada caiu em qualidade ao longo dos anos. Os quartos estão com pias entupidas, as saias das camas com manchas, as espreguiçadeiras da piscina natural quebradas. Acho lamentável, pois sempre foi excelente e, agora, está num tom de um pouco decadente.
