Bonjour madame je pense que le personnel a du faire une erreur sur votre réservation pour nous faire pardonner on vous a offert les 2 petit déjeuner, vous étes venu avec votre chien je vous est également offert votre chambre d'hôtel je vous est fait un rabais également mais cela apparemment vous suffise donc je prend note pour la prochaine réservation chez nous on vous refusera l'entrée dans l'établissement bonne continuation à vous
