Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this spacious gîte can accommodate up to 6 people and spans two levels, providing an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. Upon entering through the charming south-facing terrace, you will discover a vast and bright living area, where a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a cozy living space, enhanced by a very large and comfortable sofa. The large bay windows, stretching from south to north, flood the space with natural light and provide access to two shaded terraces, perfect for unwinding. The north terrace is particularly appreciated in summer for its refreshing coolness.

Upstairs, you will find a WC and a modern bathroom featuring a spacious 1.60 m shower, as well as a washing machine, a dryer, and a changing table for your convenience. The three bedrooms, with their sloping ceilings, offer a warm and intimate atmosphere. Two of them are furnished with king-size beds (160 x 200), while the third has two single beds (90 cm), ensuring restful sleep thanks to high-quality bedding.

Recently fully restored, this gîte combines rustic charm with contemporary decor, creating a welcoming and modern environment. Additionally, for your comfort, the living area and all three bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant coolness throughout your stay.
