400m from the historical centre of Pézenas. Come enjoy the calm of the vines in this cottage created from an 18th century barn. You will be able to relax in your private garden; South-West oriented, the garden will allow you to spend pleasant moments, to cook tasty food on the barbecue and to enjoy your meals (there is a 30m2 living- room on the ground level with an open kitchen and a terrace very nice in all seasons ! Upstairs, the bright night space : 3 bedrooms with windows opening on the garden side of the house. The master bedroom has queen size bed the second room 2 twin beds and the third a doble bed . Both are tastefully equipped to offer you the comfort and calm that you are looking for. 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets are separated.
A private sunny garden, with lawn and sunbeds for your comfort and easy living. In the garden,a swimming pool and a Jacouzzi !

The advantages of the 'Jardin': It is very near the town center,in a nice and quiet area. A garage that assures security to your vehicles, but also a bonus for the bike enthusiasts that can stock their trailer and equipment; the bicycle or mountain bike amateurs will also be delighted. The surroundings offers lots to discover and the small roads are very nice to drive on.

Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gisele‘s beautiful property in Pezenas! Everything about the house was perfect from the easy walk into town to the spotlessly clean kitchen & bathrooms. The beds, Wi-Fi and appliances were all great! Thank you, Gisele, for the beautiful bottle of wine and treats, we loved meeting you and we look forward to returning for another visit!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was super clean and we loved the veranda with the roof that kept off the sun. We could not use the pool as it was to cold (stayed at the end of September), this was not a problem and I can imagine in the height of summer the pool would be welcome. Pezenas was 10 minutes easy walk and the camp site and pizza restaurant was three minutes walk for a quick snack. The garden is very private. Although we did see Gisèle creep in one day through the door at the bottom of the garden to deal with the pool. Maybe a knock on the door to ask would have been a better way. The wine left was a lovely touch and we took the opportunity of purchasing more from their vineyard whilst we were there. Just for information the Cap bus number 5 and 7 costs one euro each and gets you from Agde train station to Pezenas, several times a day. It was the most amazingly prompt cheap service. It took a while for us to find this useful information, as Gisèle did not know. An information brochure would have been very useful, especially for those like ourselves without a car. We also recommend a trip to Meze by the sea on LILO buses, they do amazing seafood there and only 15 minutes away.

Wonderful home

Gisele thank you so much for such a wonderful stay in your gite. . We thoroughly enjoyed our visit - the house has everything you need. The pool is a wonderful addition. Access to Pezenas was an easy distance and such a beautiful town. Locally Pezenas has all the facilities you need and journeys to visit Bezier, beaches and the gorges of Herault are within easy access. Thank you also Gisele for your wonderful hospitality - we would thoroughly recommend your gite and hope to visit in the future as we enjoyed it so much. With our very best wishes the Harrison family

Fantastic Holiday

A truly lovely holiday. Gite was perfect. Equipped with everything we needed and more. Pool and garden excellent. Gisele , the host, was charming and very helpful. One small problem, we have a large car, Skoda Kodiaq, and garage length was only just adequate, however an average family car would have been ideal. Pezanas is a superb town and a great base for exploring the area. We would highly recommend this gite.

Lovely Gite at the edge of the village

The Gite suited us perfectly. It was in a quiet area just 7 mins walk from the centre of the village and 15 mins walk to supermarkets. It was clean and well equipped with great appliances and utensils for cooking. The backyard was very private with areas of sun and shade and the spa pool which we used to cool down in the heat although the bigger pool was also available. We enjoyed eating outside most of the time. Upstairs the sizable three bedrooms were serviced by two great shower rooms making it easy for the family. Everything we needed was at hand. Our hosts were very hospitable. Pezenas is a great base for exploring the area. The village is one of prettiest around and has one of the best markets so you dont have to go far to experience these things. I highly recommend this gite for a couple or a family holiday. Summer in France

Das Haus als solches war sehr großzügig gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Veranda mit Liege ein Traum. Die Vermieterin ist wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Nur die Lage nicht wie auf der Anzeige angegeben mitten in der Stadt sondern ganz am nördlichen Rand schon in den Feldern. Pézenas selbst ist immer wieder eine Reise wert und auch das Umland hat viel zu bieten.

Un excellent séjour !

Tout était parfait : un très bon accueil, une maison spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. Le jardin avec piscine est calme et très agréable, propice au repos. Proche du quartier historique de Pézenas, auquel on peut se rendre à pied. De belles visites à faire aux alentours. La mer et les plages de l'Hérault sont proches (Agde, cap d'Agde, Vias...).

Rien à redire

Derrière une façade quelconque se cache une maison avec beaucoup de charme et parfaitement équipée. De plus, le centre historique de Pézenas est à 5-10 minutes à pied

Logement très agreable

Bonne situation quelques minutes à pied du centre dans un quartier calme. La maison est pratique et bien equipée. Une jolie terasse où nous avons mangé nos repas. Petit jardin agréable. La hôtesse était trés sympatique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un super sejour dans un lieu superbe à recommander aux familles

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Notre hôtesse s'est montrée très attentionné et à l'écoute. Nous avons profité des légumes de son jardin... Un régal. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et agencé. Beaucoup d'espace et la propreté est irréprochable. La ville de Peszenas est à 2 pas à pied ce qui est appréciable compte tenu des difficultés à se garer proche de la ville. La terrasse est spere agréable en soirée et la piscine très fonctionnelles est un réel plus. Je recommande vivement aux familles. Encore merci pour ce superbe séjour

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé 3 magnifiques semaines à Pézenas! Un séjour inoubliable qui a commencé par l'accueil chaleureux de Gisèle et Claude. La maison est très bien équipée et dispose d'un jardin privé sans vis-à-vis. Le grand avantage est qu'elle se situe à 7min de marche du centre historique tout en étant entourée de vignes. Un repos à 100%, accompagné du chant des oiseaux et le son des criquets. On y reviendra! Bisous Gisèle et Claude, (Lars, Elitsa et Zoe)

Gîte très agréable

Pour la 3ème fois nous avons été enchantés par ce gîte. Un très bon accueil de Mme et Mr Vieillevigne, un équipement complet (il ne manque absolument rien), ce gîte est équipé d'une literie très confortable (ce qui est assez rare dans les locations de vacances), d'un jardin très intime, d'un garage qui garde la fraicheur de notre véhicule ainsi que la sécurité (c'est aussi très appréciable !) et bien sûr il est situé à proximité du centre ville. Donc bilan très positif !
