With 125 m², it accommodates up to 7 guests—ideal for companies, project teams, groups, and families who value comfort, space, and a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment is accessible, with an elevator perfect for luggage, strollers, and older guests. The step-free interior and wide doors ensure easy movement throughout.



Relax in the spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 or enjoy meals together in the bright dining area. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and spend time together. Three lockable bedrooms, each with direct balcony access—including a cozy balcony bed—promise restful nights and beautiful moments at sunrise and sunset.
